Using permaculture and regenerative practices, they're restoring the land alongside their 10 children. Ashley is a lifelong wildcrafter and herbalist, and the family welcomes visitors for tours, classes, and field trips. ----------------------------------------------------------- LONG BIO (for your event website) ----------------------------------------------------------- Stewart and Ashley Clouse grew up in rural Nebraska, spent 10 years in Dallas, and traveled full-time in an RV as a family for three years before finding their farm in the Ozark foothills of Oklahoma's Green Country. They fell in love with it on their first visit, and they now use permaculture and regenerative practices to restore the land. They describe themselves as a small farm with a large family: they've been married an over 20 years and have 10 children, and every one of the kids runs a venture of their own on the farm. Stewart works off the farm part-time and loves music and math. Ashley stays home with the children and is a lifelong wildcrafter and herbalist. The Clouses welcome visitors for tours, classes, and field trips, and they keep everything they do family-friendly. They love sharing what they're learning and showing others what's possible on a small piece of land. ----------------------------------------------------------- STAGE INTRODUCTION (hand this to your emcee, read as-is) ----------------------------------------------------------- Our next speakers grew up in rural Nebraska, spent 10 years in the big city of Dallas, and then lived in an RV full-time with their family for three years. When they toured a farm in the Ozark foothills of Oklahoma, they fell in love with it on the spot. Today they're restoring that land with permaculture and regenerative practices, and they're doing it with a crew of 10 kids, each running a business of their own on the farm. As they like to say, it's a small farm with a large family. Please give a warm welcome to Stewart and Ashley Clouse! ----------------------------------------------------------- SESSION BOOKED FOR YOUR EVENT ----------------------------------------------------------- Title: Wild First Aid at Women in the Outdoors-Tenkiller State Park Format: 3 hour workshop Length: 3 hours Description: Learn about first aid in the field using various foraged wild ingredients.
